Child Safety Standards

1. Age Requirement

REVCLIP requires all users to be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the platform. By registering, users confirm they meet this minimum age requirement. Users between the ages of 13 and 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

We do not knowingly allow children under the age of 13 to use REVCLIP. If we become aware that a user is under 13, their account will be immediately terminated and their data deleted.

2. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

REVCLIP has a strict zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any content that sexually exploits minors. This includes:

• Any image, video, or content that depicts the sexual exploitation of minors
• Content that sexualizes children or minors in any way
• Grooming behavior or attempts to solicit minors
• Content that facilitates trafficking or exploitation of children

Any such content will be immediately removed, the offending account permanently banned, and the incident reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.

3. Prohibited Content Involving Minors

The following content involving minors is strictly prohibited on REVCLIP:

• Sexual or suggestive content featuring anyone under 18
• Content that depicts, glorifies, or encourages violence against minors
• Content designed to facilitate contact between adults and minors for inappropriate purposes
• Personal information of minors shared without parental consent
• Content that bullies, harasses, or targets minors

4. Reporting Mechanisms

We provide multiple ways for users to report content or behavior that may endanger children:

• In-app reporting — Every post, comment, and direct message has a report option. Reports are reviewed promptly.
• Email reporting — Send reports directly to revclip.support@gmail.com with the subject line "Child Safety Report."

All child safety reports are treated with the highest priority and reviewed immediately upon receipt.

5. Content Moderation

REVCLIP employs the following measures to protect minors on the platform:

• User reporting system for flagging inappropriate content
• Moderator review of reported content
• Ability to block and restrict other users
• Direct messages restricted to accepted friends only, reducing the risk of unsolicited contact
• Account termination for users who violate child safety policies

6. Law Enforcement Cooperation

REVCLIP fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies and will promptly respond to valid legal requests regarding child safety. Any discovered CSAM is reported to NCMEC's CyberTipline as required by law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A).
