Terms of Service

1. Who Can Use REVCLIP

You must be at least 13 years old to use REVCLIP. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at revclip.support@gmail.com.

2. Your Content

You own the content you post on REVCLIP — your videos, captions, and comments remain yours.

By posting content, you grant REVCLIP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, and distribute your content within the app and through share links (revclip.app/p/…) for the purpose of operating the platform. This license ends when you delete your content or your account.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You represent that you have the right to post it and that it does not violate anyone else's rights.

3. Content Rules

You may not post content that:

• Is sexually explicit or pornographic
• Depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, or harm to others
• Harasses, bullies, or threatens any individual
• Is hateful toward people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
• Impersonates another person or organization in a misleading way
• Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Contains spam, misleading information, or coordinated inauthentic behavior
• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Shows or promotes illegal activity

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate them.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using REVCLIP, you may not:

• Attempt to access another user's account without permission
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from REVCLIP using automated tools
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
• Use REVCLIP to distribute malware, phishing content, or any malicious code
• Create fake accounts or artificially inflate likes, views, or followers
• Interfere with the normal operation of the platform or its servers

5. Intellectual Property

REVCLIP's name, logo, design, and original content are owned by REVCLIP and protected by intellectual property law. You may not use our branding without our written permission.

If you believe content on REVCLIP infringes your copyright, please contact us at revclip.support@gmail.com with details of the alleged infringement.

6. Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. Upon deletion, your profile and content will be removed within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in conduct that harms other users or the platform, or for any other reason at our discretion with or without notice. If your account is terminated for a violation, you may not create a new account.

7. Disclaimers

REVCLIP is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the content posted by users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REVCLIP and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of REVCLIP shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months (which for most users is $0, as the app is currently free).

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New Hampshire.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of REVCLIP after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
